Mr. Agnew has over 23 years of experience developing innovative systems and business processes for the energy industry.  Prior to founding EquityMetrix, Mr. Agnew was a partner with Accenture, where he led many client engagements to implement enterprise-wide information systems and business processses.  His clients included major integrated and large independent E&P companies.  Mr. Agnew received his B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Mr. Agnew has over 17 years of investment banking experience assisting clients to raise over $3.0 billion in the energy and consumer industries. Prior to founding EquityMetrix, Mr. Agnew was a partner with Johnson Rice & Company, and prior to that worked for Morgan Keegan & Company and Howard Weil. Mr. Agnew received his B.S. from Washington & Lee University and his M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Mr. Price has over 13 years of business development, executive management, and private equity experience.  Prior to joining EquityMetrix, Mr. Price was vice president of Strategic Development at Hunt Power and president of MeterSmart.  He was responsible for market development, operations and strategic acquisitions.  Mr. Price received a B.S. in Physics from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr. Illig has over 20 years of experience in business development and sales consulting. He is currently a venture partner with Selway Partners, an affiliate of SCP Private Equity Partners and is a principal for Franklin Covey's Sales Performance Group. He was a co-founder and former CEO of Vis.align LLC, an IT service provider with over $50 million in revenue and 500 consultants.
